How to change subscriptions

I got a discounted trial when I bought my new panel, and the time period is almost up. I want to change my subscription plan, do I have to cancel the current one and then purchase the new plan, or is there a way to switch plans without canceling and losing all my rules and settings?

Happy to help! There is no need to cancel the subscription. We are working on providing a seamless process for users to switch between all service options with full granular control, but it is not quite ready yet. As of this time, you can switch your subscription plan by requesting the change through secure message here or in your system manager.

This will not affect any rules in ADC unless you switch to a plan that does not support a specific device.
