I asked my current provider to unregister my new IQ Panel. They said they did, and they actually went ahead and canceled my whole account (not exactly what I asked them to do, but yet another reason I’m dumping them) How long does it usually takes? However, the module check tool response ‘sorry, already registered with another provider’ indicates that the Alarm.com account your communication serial number was assigned to is still active. There should be no appreciable delay between removing the account and the module becoming available for use.
