How do I unlink a Lutron Caseta Hub?

My Caseta hub linked but none of my Lutron switches or shades have connected. How do I unlink my hub so that I can try again?

I don’t see any link at all on our end. You will be prompted to add a new device and sign in by navigating to Settings > Manage Devices > Add Device > Lighting > Lutron.

Make sure the hub/account is not connected to another Alarm.com account, then you should be able to add it at any time.

I think the problem is my Frontpoint account is still active and I doubt you can link Caseta to two alarm.com accounts.

You’ll need the other account deleted or have the old provider remove the Lutron account link.
