I just got 2 alarm.com V520IR cameras from someone. I am trying to add them to my account but it says they are already assigned to another account. How do I delete them from their account even I don’t know them? I tried the reset thing but that isn’t seeming to do anything.
There is no way around the need for them to removed from their original account before they’re able to be added to a new account. The original account holder would need to assist by deleting them from their account.
Really, but what I can’t get ahold of them anymore. They are apparently know where to be found. I have tried numerous times.

If you cannot get that person to remove/delete that camera off of their acct, it will be unusable by you (or anyone else).
