How can I downgrade IQ Panel 4 firmware to previous version?

Were those sensors previously updating frequently in Alarm.com? Did the issue begin immediately after updating the firmware? The 2 Z-wave ADC temperature sensors are currently uninstalled until I can get the PG9905’s working. Is there a difference in PG9905 functionality in ADC with those RTS removed?
