I have 4 issues reported in my Alarm.com account. How do I clear them?
Once the underlying problem has been fixed, the issues in Alarm.com should clear on their own. In this case I can see a couple malfunctions.
First would be related to a smoke detector (Smoke Heat and Freeze portions) a malfunction occurs when the sensor is having trouble communicating with the panel.
Has the sensor been moved recently? When was the last time the batteries were changed? This could be the result of a borderline low battery as well.
The second malfunction appears to be related to a Garage opener. Has the gateway lost its internet connection? What lights are on on the gateway? Do you still have remote control of the garage door?
