I have a vivint camera with blinking red light. Tried to reset need help
-Which model camera is it?
-Have you tried plugging it in to the router via patch cable to reconnect? If the Camera was reset, it would lose the wifi password and be unable to reconnect wirelessly.
- Has it been removed from the previous Alarm.com account? Cameras can only be associated with one account at a time.

Is the camera plugged into the router via patch cable?
If so, when you log into Alarm.com and navigate to the video tab and select to add new camera, is this camera not found?
