Qolsys 4 with two PowerG Hardwire Translators - one of them disconnected and I can’t figure out how to get it back online - I’ve rebooted the main panel and power cycled the translator. Amber double blink every 10 seconds. Other translator is co-located and works just fine. It had been up and running for months without issue.
Any help on how to get it back online?
“Offline malfunctions” are common and have many potential causes. It looks like the Offline supervision error you are referencing has resolved, which is normal, they commonly resolve on their own at a later supervision interval.

Thanks Jason. I’m still seeing the malfunction on my panel. Any chance we can see why it would be happening?
Reasons for offline malfunctions are listed in the linked support thread, the panel cannot tell you why it happens, it is a result of supervision signals being missed. I am not seeing any recurrence of that malfunction on either of the Hardwire translator zones however.
Can you provide a photo of the panel screen where you are seeing this?
