My panel is connected to wifi , but I keep getting a periodic email alert from suretyhome saying “please connect panel to wifi”. I finally rebooted the panel. Could you let me know if this shows up as wifi connected?

Your trouble condition history is interesting. I see dual path failure broadband messages are active almost all the time, but resolve for a period of almost exactly 6 hours here and there.
6 Hours is the default supervision time, so a signal is received from the system, then immediately after it fails communication again.
The first thing I would do is actually reboot the home router.
After, update your panel firmware to 2.7.2 via the steps below:
