Recently moved and took our gc3 panel and your service with us. Only strange thing is the weather on the panel still shows from the old location. How do we update that? Thanks.

Hmm, based on records it appears your info is correct in ADC, though the panel may not have received the update command at that time. I’ve resent the location info to the panel, allow about 5 minutes for that to take effect.
Ok, so now the weather panel just says the city, state not an actual forecast. Lol.
Weather forecast is automatically sent once per day in the evening, I’ve manually sent one now though, it should be visible within a few minutes.
