My GC3 panel was armed this morning, 20 mins later i went to disarm it and the screen was back light but BLACK wouldn’t respond, i could send commands from my phone and it work. any suggestions? can you sent a reboot to the panel?
We’ve sent a reboot command. Should go through within about 5 minutes.
If this does not resolve issue, please fully power down for 10 minutes, then power back up. Any change?
