However, in the last couple hours my commands through ADC besides ARM/DISARM have not worked.
Attached is the cell phone test screen showing an error I am unfamiliar with “APN: ntfrCM”. Also I get an error indicator next the the “Panel Manual Phone Test” event in the ADC app (see attached).
Lastly, I recently installed and tested the Go Bridge IP Communicator so my ADC commands should come through when cell phone communication is down, correct?
I see a huge number of manual phone tests going through on the account around this time. They were not failing. Even the one in the image you attached is successful. Are you saying you also had ones that failed?
Also I get an error indicator next the the “Panel Manual Phone Test” event in the ADC app (see attached).
That is not exactly an error indicator, simply the icon that is displayed next to a manual phone test and other system events. All of those are normal phone tests and visible in dealer history.
However, in the last couple hours my commands through ADC besides ARM/DISARM have not worked.
Communication would not likely be at fault if some types of commands work and some do not. This would almost certainly be a device issue locally.
What commands were not working? Were you sending commands to Z-wave devices?
Lastly, I recently installed and tested the Go Bridge IP Communicator so my ADC commands should come through when cell phone communication is down, correct?
Correct. With the Go!Bridge, commands are sent via broadband concurrently. This is another reason why a local issue is the likely culprit.
