My Liftmaster Wifi Garage Opener shows a malfunction for one of the doors. Do I need to reinstall it? Is this referring to the sensor on the door?
Very commonly, if you see a malfunction listed for one door on a MyQ Universal Wifi Overhead Controller, there is a strong possibility the battery in that door sensor is low or dead.
Try replacing the battery in the black door sensor, then open and close the door manually. The status changes should be sent to ADC and the malfunction should go away if this is the issue.
