Front door malfunction

I have an IQ panel that links to my kwikset front door. I can go on my alarm.com app and I am able to lock or unlock my front door. However, it is now showing a malfunction at front door and I am unable to see if my door is locked or not, and I am unable to lock/unlock it from the app. I have tried restarting the network. Not sure what else I can do? thank you
