I have a question about the flood sensor. What is the response time on flood detection? The current one we use triggers in 3 minutes and we would like something a little closer to instantly.
The Resolution Products RE219 (as well as the RE119) requires 2 Positive Moisture Checks to send an alarm. The Sensor checks for moisture every 5 seconds during normal operating conditions.
The probe requires 0.040 inches of water above the sensor bottom to trigger.
