Do the 2Gig 2C panel settings get wiped during a firmware upgrade?
I read in the forum that SuretyDIY can make a back up of the control panel settings.
Can you backup my settings?
No, firmware updates do not affect your current panel programming.
Backups can be run for any system which is currently connected to a suretyDIY account, and automatic backups are generated by ADC after getting first connected. (A backup currently exists for this system)
Note that backups cannot save Z-wave or 900mhz device data (TS1, Go!Bridge, Image Sensor) and those devices must be relearned manually if a backup is applied.
