Faulty panel?

Hello,

I came in and inadvertently triggered the alarm, and the panel froze as I was trying to deactivate it (I finally succeed doing so online). Could you please help us ensure that our panel is working appropriately?

Is it in an inoperable state currently?

I would recommend an extended power down. Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down. Leave it off for 20 minutes. Then power back up. Any change?

It’s back to normal now, but it was worrisome that it failed during an alarm

An extended power down would be my first recommendation if you notice persistent freezes. Also, be sure to update the firmware to the latest.
