I cant say that the motion sensor specific to the panel is prone to triggering falsely. How often does this occur and when was the last occurrence that was false? When you use the Qolsys panel’s motion feature, this leverages the panel’s built-in camera to act as an activity motion detector. Motion can trip once every 4 minutes.
