I would like to create an event-triggered rule that executes only between sunrise and sunset. For example: “upon disarming the system, turn on a light, but only when it’s dark out”. Is this possible?
Sunrise/sunset cannot be used as a secondary variable in a rule that I am aware. You can choose specific times, however. I can send this feedback to ADC as well.

It has taken a while, but as of the latest release notes, looks like sunset/sunrise is now a variable (officially as of 10/24) for light rules.
