Just upgraded to an 2gig edge panel and cannot get the devices IMEI accepted in the surety manage account /cell module update portal as it gives me an error message.
The swap is not completing successfully. I think I see why.
The 2GIG Edge panel doesn’t support Severe Weather Alerts. For whatever reason they did not implement an urgent alert message type I guess. We’ve been told that it would be something added in firmware but It hasn’t yet.
You have that feature enabled and it looks like that is blocking the swap. I have disabled the Severe Weather Alerts feature for you, try the swap again at this time, it should be successful.
