My rules and schedules stopped working. I have tried deleting all and recreating new rules, rediscovering network, etc. with no luck. Is there a way, alarm.com can reset this?
Are these rules supposed to affect multiple different devices or all of them affect the same couple devices? Are these devices controllable through the app?
It sounds like you have already tried the basic troubleshooting steps. I have had a command sent to rebuild all the Zwave rules. Please test and let us know if the rules take effect.
