Email of "disarm photos" not working

Based on information from Alarm.com, the IQ Remote notification may not include an image in the email, just the notification about it. Unfortunately this interaction is not documented. I can confirm that there are no settings missing from either panel programming or the notification in Alarm.com that would allow that.

As for Push Notifications not being received that is a different issue. Are you saying you dont receive Push notifications for the image upload rules only, or at all for any notifications where Push devices have been added as a recipient?

For the Automation Rules Panel Camera Alarm Image Uploads and the Panel Camera Disarm Image Uploads only an email recipient has been selected, no Push devices have been added.

If no Push Notifications are being received, check the following first:

  1. Power Cycle the mobile device.
  2. Ensure you are on the latest mobile app version and OS version.
  3. Ensure Push Notifications are enabled in the app. More > Notifications > Ensure the Push Notification toggle is on.
