I installed my new Ecolink GD opener today and it’s working fine. However, I can’t figure out a way to disble the spoken “Garage Door is Open” messages coming from the IQ Panel. I was able to disable these voice announcements for my alarm sensors in the sound settings, however the Ecolink GD Opener does not show up under the sensors section.
For Z-wave devices it is a global setting.
Settings > Advanced Settings > Installer Code > Sound
Uncheck the Automation Device Voice Prompts and Automation Remote Voice Prompts options.
