I keep getting emails stating there is an update needed on my panel and that I need to enable wi-fi. I have confirmed several times that the wi-fi is enabled and connected to my home network. I also see that the last successful update was in 2020. What do I need to do to get the latest update installed?
There have been a couple cell radio updates in the past which were required and automatic, but I don’t see any indication on your account that any are needed. I do see that the firmware version is pretty old though, and that version may have known issues.
