I have a DSC Neo HS2128 and it was working all fine. but now when I put it on away mode and snick in the house, the motion detectors don’t work. They used to work before. I have recently added a new touchscreen keypad to the system (HS2TCHP) and I guess something has changed since then. I checked all the zone assignments and they are all correct (delay for doors, instant for windows and option 5 stay/away for all motion detectors). I only have one partition and all zones are connected to partition 1. Can you please let me know what would be wrong?
It is quite possible that power has been interrupted to the motion detectors during the installation of the keypad.
Check the positive and negative power wires for your motion detectors and determine if one has come loose.
