I have 2 kwikset 910 locks paired with a Qolsys iq 2 panel.
1 lock is fine - the other is a problem. It auto locks after 1-2 minutes. How can I change this?
Do you have the autolock feature enabled on that lock? It’s enabled/disabled with the DIP switches behind the lock cover. Here’s a pic from the manual.
I forgot all about the dip switches. That has to be the problem.
