I do not see any sensors showing a malfunction on your system. I see a Z-wave door lock showing a malfunction and it is labeled the same thing as one of the sensors, which is likely causing confusion. (master bedroom door)

Z-wave malfunctions on a door lock mean that the door lock batteries likely need changed, or its range or lack of repeaters is causing some signaling trouble.
