Does the Surety Qolsys IQ Panel 4 have the ability:

1. Work in a mixed environment of wired and wireless sensors.
2. Have Hardwire Translator functionality.
3. Work with Z-Wave lights/switches.
4. To allow secondary panels in different parts of home.
5. To use a wired siren.

Id like to switch over to Surety but I wanted to know before ordering equipment.

It works with 319.5MHz sensors (Qolsys/GE) and DSC brand PowerG sensors (encrypted). It has a 4G LTE module (Verizon), Wi-Fi for dual path communication and a Z-Wave Plus radio.
