I have a DSC PC 1864 with a TL260GS dual path communicator; it is not installer locked. Can I activate this system with your monitoring service?

Unfortunately, no that is not an Alarm.com compatible communication module.
The TL260GS is used for another back-end service which we do not currently support.
Compatible DSC Alarm.com panels are the DSC Impassa, the DSC Power Series Neo, and the DSC Touch (DSC radio version of IQ Panel)
If you have wired sensors, an Interlogix Concord 4 (also Alarm.com compatible) is a close one-for-one replacement.
