Hello. We had some brown outs and the z-wave switch for our porch light was damaged. I have a replacement switch, but am unable to remove the old one from the panel as the switch is no longer working. Would you please send a remote command to delete the z-wave switch labeled Porch Light from my alarm.com account? Thank you.
Certainly! I have sent a command to delete that node. Note that this will only be successful if the device is completely powered off and unable to communicate with the system at all.
Allow about 5-10 minutes for this to complete.
