When entering front door it sets the alarm off right away and we can’t turn it off by the keypad. Can I put a delay on the front door?
Hmm, is the device for Zone 1, labeled Front Door, a motion detector or a door sensor? It is currently programmed as an interior follower (motion).
If it is a door sensor, yes you’ll want to change the Zone type to Entry/Exit. For reference, the following video shows how to program a DW10 as a door sensor:
