You can reset the Installer code by going to System Manager at Suretyhome.com.
That is correct, you can change the Installer Code through the System Manager section of your Surety account at any time after setting up your service account and connecting to Alarm.com.
Currently however, only we can send commands to default the Dealer Code (2222). Would you like us to do that now?
