Can you describe what you are trying to do and where you are seeing this error?
It looks like your system is not connected to Wifi for dual path communication, and cellular signaling is down, as well as a low battery alert on the panel.
Is the system currently powered? Are you using this system locally, arming and disarming? It looks like there is a private message thread from around when this issue started. Have you tried any of the troubleshooting suggested in the private message?

Yes,the system is powerd on connected to its dedicated power supply. IT is connected to my wifi and BT. I tested wifi and signal test and all passesd. I can arm the panel directly but cannot arm it from the phone.
Unfortunately the wifi connection is not communicating out to ADC, neither is cellular.
To troubleshoot, please power the system down:
Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down.
Leave it powered down for 20 minutes.
Then boot it back up, wait a few minutes, then run a cellular test:
Settings > Advanced Settings > System Tests > Cellular Test.
Let me know when complete so I can check and send a few status commands.
