Constant activity door closed

Activity panel on Alarm.com is logging “… Door Closed” every hour or so. There are no “Door Opened”
There is no one in the residence. Panel is IQ2.

I am seeing a huge number of repeated broadband communication failures too. Can you first try updating firmware to the latest version per the steps below? Does the behavior continue?

Unfortunately this is a winter home approximately 1600 miles away from the summer home which is where we are now. So I guess it will have to wait until we get back there in November. I am hoping that this would not affect anything serious and that it’s just a reporting issue to Alarm.com software.

If that is the case, I would recommend you try disarming the system and sending a remote reboot command through the system manager here.

Does this have any effect on the reports? Let me know when complete and I can check the broadband connectivity for a potential ota update.
