Connecting doorbell cam to alarm.com

I recently moved into a home that had a security system already installed. I have been trying to connect the doorbell cam to alarm.com and it keeps saying installation failed. I have reset the doorbell, held the button down many times, and I still can’t get it to work.

Can you private message us the MAC address for that camera? We can verify first if it is still registered on an existing Alarm.com account, which would cause failed registration.
