Cloud Video Service Cameras

Hello, i just bought a pair of cameras but when i try to add them to my account it says that they are already assigned to another account and won’t let me add them. is there anything i can do?

The person from whom you purchased them would need to remove them from their previous account. A camera can only be attached to one account at any given time.

The only other option is to use them as a standalone IP camera by restoring the default vivotek firmware, unlocking them, and connecting via local area network (LAN)
