I finally got my ADC-T2000 thermostat hooked up with a C wire, and it’s now running off of hardwire power and so I pulled out the batteries. I immediately got a low battery alert from Alarm.com. I then excluded the thermostat from the Zwave network (originally included as using battery power) and reincluded it (now without batteries). However I’m still getting low battery alerts. Did I do something wrong?
It should still have batteries installed. It will display low battery until those are replaced.
