Change Cellular Module

How do I update my account and the cell module associated to my account? I had the 2GIG GC2 panel but just upgraded to the GC3 panel which required a new cell module.

To expedite, include your verbal admin passcode, a description of what you need changed, and the module serial number for your new GC3 communication module, as well as when you would like the change to take place.

You can verify the number needed here. It will be listed as the ADC number on Verizon modules, IMEI on AT&T.

A confirmation email will be sent after the swap.
