CG3: Radio Modem Network Failure (intermittent)

All week at random times I’ve been experiencing Radio Modem Network Failure on my GC3 with Verizon LTE modem. What should I do? I’ve had this panel/modem a couple years without these connectivity issues.

The first thing I would try is a power down. Unplug the transformer, then open the panel and unplug the battery. Leave it unplugged for 2-5 minutes, then plug in the battery, close up the panel, and plug in the transformer.

Any change after booting up and running for a while?

I tried the power down, haven’t had a repeat of the issue.

While I was inside the GC3, I noticed the battery was quite swollen and puffed up like a balloon - it was a little challenging to remove it.

I ordered a new battery from SuretyDIY and went in easily.
