Cellular Radio Test / Cell Communicator Test timed out

I’m trying to set up my new system (IQ Panel 4) and keep getting notified that the Cellular Radio Test / Cell Communicator Test timed out.

It says “For new installs, please verify an account has been created.”

I have already set up my Alarm.com account and am able to log in, but still having this issue. What should I do?

It looks like your panel is still not communicating at this time via either cellular or broadband. I would first try a power down for about 20 minutes.

Settings > Advanced Settings > Power Down. Wait about 20 minutes then boot back up. Allow a few minutes after boot up then run a cell test Any change?

Thanks Jason. That seems to have worked. Can you confirm the system is visible and connected on your end?

Yes, looks like the system is communicating normally and responding to both cell and broadband pings.
