Can't add new video doorbell

I recently upgraded my account to include 8 video devices. I successfully added 2 new cameras. I deleted my Skybell HD and am attempting to add a new VDB770. When I try to add the new doorbell, I get a message that says “your account does not have access to that function” and asks me to log back in which takes me back to the home screen. Seems like I need something reset?

The VDB770 requires Alarm.com video analytics for functionality. It only uses video analytics for motion detection schedules.

It looks like you do not have a plan right now that supports it. Video analytics is a feature available in the Complete or Protect plans. You can update your plan in the System Manager here.
