I cannot seem to power up my new IQ 4 panel. I am using the supply cord that came with the panel. I have tried multiple outlets and no luck. please advise
It appears that your issue was resolved elsewhere, however, I would like to point out for anyone else it appears that the newer batches of IQ Panel 4s are shipping with the internal battery unplugged. This will need to be plugged in first before powering up the panel.
