Just to make sure, which camera is having issues? It would appear that the driveway cam has not recorded anything in some time (if ever) although it does appear that the settings are correct. Your sensitivity and target size values look good. Have you tried adjusting the size of the VMD trigger areas?
Typically longer more narrow boxes work better at capturing motion rather than a field that takes up the whole screen. Try doing one narrow box across the driveway and use the other two on either side of the driveway to capture motion on the sides.
