Bridge Issue

This started recently, but my 2Gig Internet Bridge is reporting a failure in the Alarm.com app. It shows up on my network, the panel shows the correct IP address that my router assigned. Both lights are Solid Green, which according to the Device PDF means it’s connected and connection to the External Monitoring Service exists.

If you power cycle the router does the issue resolve?

If not, try power cycling the Bridge. Does that resolve the issue?

Are you allowing DHCP to assign an IP or have you reserved one?

Power cycled the Bridge and the Router. I am allowing DHCP to be Dynamic reservation. I had it Reserved as well earlier.

Try setting an ip for the bridge now.

Do you have TS1s or image sensors? It doesn’t look like any are on the account. It could be that the 900 mhz transceiver is the issue. Try power cycling the Go!Control Panel as well. Any luck?

Removing the IP reservation and re-adding it seems to have fixed it. It’s been working now for a week!
