I think i know the answer to this but will branded ADC equipment work with any ADC account for example if I was to purchase a used ADT branded T2000 would it still work with my ADC account (pending zwave reset on the thermostat and adding it to my zwave network)? I think it would but just wanted to be sure

As long as it isn’t proprietary and it is an officially compatible model, yes. A T2000 should be fine.

There are caveats because the broader question applies to proprietary stuff like the Frontpoint Hub which can’t be used with other vendors, and devices we do not support because they are meant for unsupported plans, like ADC commercial Access Control panels.

Thanks Jason and good point thank you for clarifying as I forgot about those product lines or I would have been more specific in my questions!
