I woke up this morning and disarmed my panel. 30 minutes later I go to arm it and the screen is black. It acknowledges commands from the phone but the screen stays black. I didn’t have time to take the clover off to remove the battery and wondered if you could send a reboot command so I can see if that fixes it.
Sure, happy to help. We’ve sent a reboot command. Allow 5 minutes for that to take effect. Does this resolve the issue?
