I’m not familiar with the LP365 as it is not an Alarm.com compatible device; however, the Moen Flo is a smart water valve that is compatible with Alarm.com.
If you have an Alarm.com compatible system and already have or are planning to get water sensors for your alarm system, we’d recommend going with the Flo, as you can connect and control it from the Alarm.com app, get alerts if it is triggered, and you can configure automation rules to automatically close the water valve if a water alarm is triggered on your system.
