Be carefull giving alternate addresses on orders

I used a delivery address of:
(Address removed by Admin)
PO Box 515
My city ST Zip

It really confused Surety fulfillment. All they saw was the PO and didn’t get that (Address removed by Admin) was a physical address. Since it wasn’t obvious that shipping wasn’t USPS I had to list the USPS PO Box as alternate because there isn’t USPS delivery to my physical address.
Be warned that Surety uses either UPS or FedEx.

Just to clarify, a secondary address line is used for specificity of apartment number, suite number, etc.

You cannot add two separate delivery addresses on the shipping order. It will be assumed the intended address is a Post Office if a PO Box is listed, and we will reach out requesting confirmation of the intended address when there is conflicting information provided.

According to records two email follow ups were sent requesting confirmation of the intended address.

PO Box deliveries are not available. Yes, orders are shipped through either Fedex or UPS.

Unless I missed it the order page shipping didn’t indicate UPS, and I cannot receive USPS at the physical address.
