We’ve remove the battery and plugged it back in it shows 97% and charging but on portal it still shows this message, what can we do to resolve this issue?

Got the message. First try updating firmware using the steps linked below. The patch tag must be entered to download firmware. Update to 4.3.0 first, then to 4.4.1.
