I decided to add a base station to my subscription, but it shows that it will be effective next month. Is there anyway to have it effective immediately?

I am not certain what you mean by “Base Station” and suretyDIY service add-ons are immediate unless specifically requested otherwise.
What do you mean by “Base Station”? and where are you looking where you say it will be effective next month?
